You'll play a crucial role in shaping our client's strategic direction by ensuring all contracts align with their organisational goals and legal standards.
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Contract Lead to oversee our clients contract management processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in contract negotiation, administration, and compliance. As a Contract Lead, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of contract lifecycle management, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and legal requirements.
Key Responsibilities: Lead the contract management process, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and finalising contracts. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure contracts meet organisational goals and legal standards. Develop and implement contract management policies and procedures. Monitor contract performance and compliance, addressing any issues or discrepancies. Provide guidance and training to team members on contract-related matters. Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract records and documentation. Identify opportunities for contract optimisation and cost savings. Ensure timely and effective communication with all parties involved in the contracting process. Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Law, and/or a related field. A minimum of 10 years of experience in contract management, projects or a related area. Strong knowledge of contract law and regulations. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Detail-oriented with strong organisational and analytical skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Like to know more?
