About the Role

Our client, a global leader in the energy sector, is seeking a Contracts Lead for an early 2025 start.
This is a strategic, individual contributor position where you'll manage high-value contracts (over $30 million), drive procurement efficiency, and implement key cost-saving strategies.
You will independently manage negotiations, collaborate with internal stakeholders, and contribute to significant business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities Lead negotiations on contracts valued over $30 million, ensuring cost efficiency and risk mitigation.Execute PtP processes in full compliance with internal guidelines and systems.Identify and drive cost-saving opportunities, influencing internal stakeholders for successful implementation.Maintain and update agreement portfolios, ensuring compliance and supplier performance.Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external suppliers. Skills & Qualifications 5+ years of experience in procurement, contract management, or a related field (Oil & Gas experience preferred but not essential).Proven experience managing high-value contracts (over $30 million).Strong ability to identify and influence cost savings at a strategic level.Excellent negotiation, analytical, and relationship management skills.Proficiency in PtP processes, contract development, and cost optimisation.Self-directed, energetic, and driven to deliver results.
