About The Role As our Contracts Lead, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our Commercial Framework. You will manage contractual performance, ensuring that commercial considerations are prioritized across our stakeholder network, and contribute to the implementation of a new commercial management system to modernize our financial operations.
A snapshot of your day Key responsibilities include:
Support the uplift of the Commercial Framework to mitigate contractual risks and streamline value-stream processes. Lead the implementation of a new commercial management system, modernizing financial operations and enhancing our commercial management capabilities. Guide the initiative through its lifecycle, from requirements gathering and process optimization to implementation. Collaborate with business subject matter experts, stakeholders, and vendors to design and implement effective solutions. Contribute to strategic initiatives that support Coliban Water's growth and efficiency. Skills & Experience To be considered for the role you'll have:
A strong blend of financial expertise and understanding of commercial management processes. Proven experience in contract management and performance analysis. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to engage with diverse stakeholders. A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement. The salary and conditions for this position will be as per the Coliban Water Enterprise Agreement 2021 Band 5 ($115,162 - $139,736) salary range will be offered to the successful candidate commensurate with their skills and experience.
