This role will also provide support to Ampcontrol's international offices.Specifically, the role will involve :Negotiation, review and drafting of a variety of contracts and tendersOngoing review of commercial terms and conditions of tender and contract documentsProject support workDevelopment of ongoing relationships with internal and external customers for the management of key business relationshipsUndertaking research and information collection and preparing reports or advice concerning legislative compliance and changes, legislative interpretation and intellectual property protectionAssisting with other commercial matters as required, including acquisitions, litigation, insurance claims and other legal matters.WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR :You could be an experienced contracts lawyer or legal professional looking to enjoy better work/life balance and a friendly team; or you may be a recent graduate with one to two years undergraduate/post-graduate experience. The focus is on finding a team member who has the maturity, determination, and commitment to undertaking a new role in a dynamic organisation.
