Join us as our new Contracts Coordinator We are looking for another member to join our Contracts Team: a working environment consisting of highly educated, skilled, positive, innovative, and enthusiastic employees.
The Contracts Coordinator will provide a wide range of administrative and clerical support duties to the Project Services Team, reporting to the Manager of Project Services.
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, highly organized and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Requirements Tertiary qualification - preferred but not mandatoryExperience in contracts-related administration role with interaction with external suppliers or customersSound understanding of commercial principles gained from working in a commercially orientated environmentExperience using ERP systems - ideally UBWExperience in the oil & gas services industry - ideal but not mandatoryEnjoy working in a collaborative environment where we share our successHighly developed communication, cooperation, and presentation skillsExcellent listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills, in EnglishAbility to effectively prioritize and deliver within deadlinesAbility to work in and be sensitive to a multi-cultural environment, encompassing different nationalities and working across bordersHighly service-minded, enthusiastic and solution-orientedIdentify yourself with our core values: Respect - Integrity - Teamwork - Excellence - And above all we are SafeWho we are At DOF what we do is as important as the way we do business – our operations are safe, legal and ethical, everywhere we do business.
