An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Contracts Coordinator to join our dynamic and successful team. As a key member of the team and reporting to the Senior Contracts Coordinator, this multifaceted role will see you undertaking a broad range of duties including:
Providing advice on purchasing and contracting functionsAssisting leaders in undertaking contract worksManaging the overall tender process including documentation, evaluation and supplier negotiationMonitoring expenditure and contract performanceYour ability to streamline contract management processes and identify improvements, together with your strong negotiation and facilitation skills, your proactive approach and your ability to engage with various stakeholders are key to your success.
To be successful in this role, you will hold a Law or Commerce degree or other related tertiary qualifications and extensive experience in a similar role, preferably within a mining setting. Your thorough understanding of contract management and commercial practices are essential. You will be results-driven and highly motivated, and possess superior written & verbal communication skills, and an exceptional team member with a flexible attitude.
