Are you an experienced Contracts and Procurement Advisor who loves major project environments and has a passion for renewable energy? We are seeking someone with strong pre-award contracts experience to join the team on a major renewable energy project in New South Wales. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in shaping the future of clean energy.Key Responsibilities:Pre-award contracts and Procurement: Working with the principal contractor on major sub-contracts packages, oversight of the drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and finalizing contracts with a focus on maximizing value and mitigating risks.Collaborate closely with the procurement and project management teams to ensure smooth contract execution.Provide strategic advice on contract terms, conditions, and pricing models.Manage stakeholder relationships and act as the key point of contact for contract-related matters.Ensure all contracts comply with legal, financial, and project-specific requirements.Qualifications & Experience:Proven experience in pre-award contract management within large-scale resources, infrastructure or energy projects.Experienced with contracts for major construction packages such as civils or electrical packages.Strong understanding of contract law and commercial principles.Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple contracts simultaneously.Experience in renewable energy projects is desirable but not essential.What's on Offer:FIFO (Fly In Fly Out) from Eastern States or DIDO (Drive In Drive Out) for those based in NSW.Competitive remuneration package.Opportunity to work on a landmark renewable energy project contributing to a sustainable future.Monday to Friday roster, allowing for a balanced work-life schedule.Fixed-term hire for 2 years with potential for extension.If you are passionate about renewable energy and have the expertise to manage complex procurement processes in a dynamic project environment, we encourage you to apply.How to Apply:Please submit your resume (and cover letter) outlining your relevant experience.#J-18808-Ljbffr
