A guide to your responsibilities: Responsible for the wide range of Third-Party Services provision activities Coordination of third-party services, to meet operational requirementsSupport development and implementation of contractsDevelopment, implementation and coordination of Contractor Administration systemsSupport the delivery of activities within the contract lifecycleManagement of contracts including management of changesLead/Support communications/negotiations with contractors/vendorsManage necessary approval processes, with internal and external stakeholdersProvide support and guidance as the focal point for nominated contracts in execution and delivery of servicesSupport Business Systems and integration into the implementation and Operations Services TeamManaging Contractor cost and providing visibility of contractor costsCoordinate on contractual, commercial, taxation/duties, AIP, insurance, IR, insurance, HSES and legal issues with relevant internal stakeholdersEnsure commercial and contractual correspondence with Contractor is efficiently handled
