Operating for over 25 years, they deliver solutions that positively impact the environment.The role: As a Contracts Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in managing a diverse portfolio of complex contracts, ensuring they meet project requirements and company policies.
This is a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
The position is hybrid, with a few days each week spent at their head office in regional Victoria.Key responsibilities include:Negotiating, reviewing, and managing complex contracts to align with project and budget goals.Administering and maintaining a centralized contract management system.Assessing and mitigating risks, ensuring compliance with legal and industry standards.Acting as the primary point of contact for contract-related queries from internal and external stakeholders.Monitoring contract performance and reporting on key metrics.Driving continuous improvement in contract management practices.About you:Bachelor's degree in Business, Legal Studies, or a related field (a Master's or Contract Management certification is a plus).Subcontractor experience, skilled in "bottom-up" negotiations to effectively represent subcontractor interests with main contractors is essential.5+ years of experience in contract management, ideally within manufacturing or a similar sector.High attention to detail, with the ability to advise on multiple contracts simultaneously.Solid understanding of contract law and strong negotiation skills.Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational abilities.Willingness to travel and work from the regional office a few days per week.What's on Offer:Competitive package with flexibility for the right candidate.Relocation support to stunning regional Victoria.Be part of a team creating sustainable solutions that positively impact the environment.Experience a culture that empowers and values every individual, with a strong focus on fostering both professional and personal growth.This is your chance to join a company at the forefront of sustainability while enjoying the lifestyle benefits of regional Victoria.
