Contracts Administrator- Well Established Tier 3- Prrojects To $30M

The Company Busy well-respected tier 3 builder who are a leading name within their specialty field.Diverse portfolio of projects, primarily new builds up to $30m.Secured pipeline stretching over the next two years.Due to the relationships they have made and quality of their work, they receive a lot of repeat business.They work to realistic programs and don't overstretch their employees by taking on more work than they can manage.Inclusive, flat management structure with average tenure over 5 years with multiple 10 years +.THE ROLE As a Contracts Administrator, you will have a track record with a tier 2 or 3 builder on projects ranging upwards of $10m.You will be based out of their office in Southern Sydney and be paired with an established Project Manager.Relevant experience with stable career history is a must.Commercial New Build experience is essential.THE DUTIES Prepare, review, and manage contracts and subcontracts.Ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions.Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of contractual obligations.Produce accurate subcontract tender analysis, progress reports, and cost reports.THE BENEFITS Stable builder with a great name that can offer career progression and learning opportunities.Work on a range of interesting projects with highly skilled professionals.Monday-Friday 7.30am to 4.30pm.Salary circa $100k-$140k plus super.If this role is for you, then please apply.
