A Contract Administrator is sought by an established Commercial Tier 3 Builder in Inner Sydney to work on a $3 million high-end commercial office refurbishment project.

Working for an established and reputable commercial fit-out contractor Working under a PM, with projects ranging from $1 million - 4 million on average, in the commercial, medical, and education sectors Initial project is a $3 million commercial refurbishment, consisting of a new lift shaft, end of trip, office fit-out, and rooftop bar $115k to $135k package Immediate start Long-term permanent opportunity Inner Sydney based, close proximity to a mainline train station, on-site car parking available Opportunities for career advancement, training, and development

You Will Have
