In this role, you'll report to a highly regarded Project Manager and join a team renowned for successfully completing complex projects.

Your Responsibilities: Assist the Project Manager in all administrative functions related to project delivery, ensuring compliance with company management systems, client expectations, and contractual requirements.
Manage the entire procurement process efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with project standards.
Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality, ensuring all client expectations are met.
Prepare and review head and subcontract variations.
Process subcontractor information and ensure progress claims and variations are paid on time.
What We're Looking For: Minimum 2 years of experience working on projects valued at $20 million or more.
Experience with Tier 1-2 builders is essential.
Ideally, you will have experience working on Government projects.
Proven ability to deliver projects from start to finish with a strong focus on quality, budget, and timelines.
A stable career history that reflects loyalty and reliability.
Relevant construction qualifications and the willingness to work across various project locations within Sydney.
