We are searching for a driven Contracts Administrator who is ready to transition into a Project Manager role within 4–6 months.
About the Role: This role offers the unique opportunity to take the lead in managing construction projects while gaining hands-on experience and mentorship to develop into a Project Manager.
You will be working on projects up to $10 M, coordinating with subcontractors, ensuring contract compliance, managing procurement, and supporting project managers with budgets, timelines, and deliverables.
Key Responsibilities: Administer contracts and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
Support the Project Manager in managing budgets and timelines.
Oversee procurement and coordinate subcontractor activities.
Prepare progress claims and manage subcontractor payments.
What We're Looking For: 3–5 years of experience as a Contracts Administrator in the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of construction contracts and legislation.
Experience managing projects within the $1 M to $10 M range is highly desirable.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
