Our client is a well-respected Construction, Civil, Infrastructure and Mining/Energy Contractor who have a strong presence in WA. They have grown their footprint in size and portfolio across WA which has provided them with project opportunities across a number of sectors mainly in the Metro Infrastructure, Non-Process Infrastructure, Industrial and Renewables sectors.
Due to recent project wins and a solid performance in past projects, they are now in the market for a driven and experienced Senior & Contracts Administrator to join the team.
The Position
This role will form part of the company long-term working on a variety of interesting projects with clients in the public and private sectors. They have a friendly and team-orientated culture within their business where service delivery and quality are the ethos of this successful company.
Skills and Experience Reporting to the Project Manager you will assist in managing all commercial and contractual matters in relation to the project. Client and subcontractor variations, progress claims and invoicing. Prepare, negotiate and let subcontract packages. Liaise with key stakeholders such as the client, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers. Prepare purchase orders, administer RFI's, document control & register. Involvement in final accounts and project closeout.
