Essential Criteria: Demonstrated track record as an experienced Contracts Administrator/Senior Contracts Administrator or in a similar role within the construction contracting/delivery space.Strong understanding of contracts, terms, and legal implications.Proficiency in contract management software and the Microsoft Office Suite.Strong written and verbal communication abilities.Bachelor's degree in Construction Management / Business / Engineering or related field.The Company Our client is a well-respected Construction/Build Contractor who has a strong presence in WA.
