Based on-site and reporting to the Contracts Manager, the Senior Contracts Administrator is responsible for the procurement of labour/sub-contractor services and financial activities with a focus on cash flow, profit maximizations, variations, reporting, and administration.
This role operates in a dynamic environment and requires exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, fostering strong relationships with clients, sub-contractors, suppliers, and consultants, administering the Head Contract, and financial reporting.
We require candidates to have relevant qualifications in commerce, finance, law, or a related discipline, along with experience working in a senior commercial role within the construction (or related) industry. Key qualifications include high-level experience in Quantity Surveying/Estimating, understanding of tender processes, financial knowledge of construction costs, and legal knowledge. Other key attributes include an analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and exceptional stakeholder management, specifically with our suppliers, subcontractors, and customers.
