Who we're looking for: With a number of landmark projects currently on the Gold Coast along with upcoming opportunities, we are seeking an experienced Senior Contracts Administrator to join the QLD team.

Based on-site and reporting to the Contracts Manager, the Senior Contracts Administrator is responsible for the procurement of labour/sub-contractor services and financial activities with a focus on cash flow, profit maximizations, variations, reporting, and administration.

This role operates in a dynamic environment and requires exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, fostering strong relationships with clients, sub-contractors, suppliers, and consultants, administering the Head Contract, and financial reporting.

We require candidates to have relevant qualifications in commerce, finance, law, or a related discipline, along with experience working in a senior commercial role within the construction (or related) industry.
Key qualifications include high-level experience in Quantity Surveying/Estimating, understanding of tender processes, financial knowledge of construction costs, and legal knowledge.
Other key attributes include an analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and exceptional stakeholder management, specifically with our suppliers, subcontractors, and customers.

We invite applications from people of all genders, cultures, and walks of life.
Research shows that women and people from underrepresented groups are less likely to apply for roles if they don't meet every qualification.
So even if you don't match all the criteria - if you are passionate about helping to construct a better future, we'd love to hear from you.
We can support with adjustments at any stage of the recruitment process.
