Our diverse pipeline has allowed for Growthbuilt to expand its construction portfolio and by doing so, enjoy some exciting wins which are due to commence in the coming months.As the commercial presence on site, you will be responsible for providing leadership, direction, and influence from project setup right through to OC and PC.Here's what a typical day might look like for you:Preparation of project procurement strategy, including allocation of packages to members of the project teamReview project budgets and preparation of target budgetsPrepare and maintain a procurement schedule in line with the works program prepared by the project managerPrepare and issue non-conformance reports, notice of delays, extensions of time, and variations to subcontractors as applicablePrepare, issue, and negotiate head contract payment claims in line with head contract requirementsWe encourage both senior and junior Contracts Administrators to apply; we want to hear from everybody!WHAT WILL YOU BRING TO THE ROLE:Successful Contracts Administrators will take on a "whatever it takes" approach.
