With a growing pipeline of work, our client is now seeking a Contracts Administrator to join the team based in Alexandria.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to be part of a close-knit, supportive team, with the chance to learn from industry professionals and gain hands-on experience managing complex residential projects in Sydneys Eastern Suburbs.
Key Responsibilities: Contract Preparation & Management Cost Control & Budget Management Project Documentation & Record Keeping Liaison with Stakeholders Risk Management & Compliance Dispute Resolution Progress Monitoring & Reporting Project Coordination & Support Subcontractor Management Quality Assurance What's on offer: Strong project pipeline for 2025 with projects up to $7 million across Sydney.

About you: Previous experience in a similar Contracts Administrator role within the residential construction industry, ideally with a luxury builder.
Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
A passion for working on luxury residential projects.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise with clients, contractors, and subcontractors.
