Objectives Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including consultants, contractors, sub-contractors, and government authorities. Oversee and coordinate project teams, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements. Minimize project risks and maximize commercial outcomes. Deliver clear, consistent, and accurate reporting to the PM and stakeholders. Drive continuous improvement in project processes, setting new standards in technically challenging projects. Ensure unwavering quality control and adherence to project specifications.

Experience Over 5 years of experience working on construction projects valued at $20 million or more. A degree in Construction Management or Quantity Surveying. Deep experience in tender processes and trade procurement. The ability to interpret design documents with precision. Proven expertise in managing subcontract claims, variations, EOTs, and cost planning. Proficiency in software packages like MS Project, PROCORE, etc.
