Seeking a Contract Administrator ready to dive in and make an immediate impact. This is your chance to be at the forefront of a new era, where you'll play a vital role in managing budgets, quality, timelines, and scope, ensuring every project is a masterpiece.
Why This Role?You'll be the heartbeat of the construction team, working closely with the Project Manager to ensure the seamless execution of projects. Your exceptional communication skills, sharp negotiation abilities, and unwavering commitment to excellence will shine as you provide top-tier financial and commercial support.
ObjectivesCultivate and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including consultants, contractors, sub-contractors, and government authorities.Oversee and coordinate project teams, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements.Minimize project risks and maximize commercial outcomes.Deliver clear, consistent, and accurate reporting to the PM and stakeholders.Drive continuous improvement in project processes, setting new standards in technically challenging projects.Ensure unwavering quality control and adherence to project specifications.ExperienceOver 5 years of experience working on construction projects valued at $20 million or more.A degree in Construction Management or Quantity Surveying.Deep experience in tender processes and trade procurement.The ability to interpret design documents with precision.Proven expertise in managing subcontract claims, variations, EOTs, and cost planning.Proficiency in software packages like MS Project, PROCORE, etc.Fantastic opportunity with a developer that's been a pillar of the industry for decades.
