Contracts Administrator- Projects From $70M- $250M+ Developer/Builder

The Company

This is a new role for a Developer/Builder who is in a strong position with a huge pipeline of work within mixed-use high-rise residential. They have a pipeline stretching over the next 5 years with projects ranging anywhere from $70m to $250m+. They are a leader in their space with a strong pipeline of upcoming projects. They have good systems and procedures in place. They have a good culture; you would be working with an experienced team and will receive a lot of autonomy in the role. They run realistic programmes and work on realistic budgets! They don't overplay their hand on projects so they don't burn their staff out, and they have no need to work with below-standard subbies and contractors. They are known for giving opportunities for career progression; people stay with the business long-term, and with their growing size, it is easier to climb up the ranks.

Duties:

Assist the Project Manager with the administrative functions of projects in accordance with the company's management systems and associated documentation. Ensure that expectations in terms of project quality, time & budget are delivered. Subcontractor information received and processed. Financial management in house. Preparation of subcontractor packages, scopes, lettings, procurement schedules. Review, negotiation, and finalization of subcontracts. Management and tracking of project expenditure, inclusive of subcontractor claims. Administration of RFIs to clients, architects, and consultants.

Skills & experience

Experience with high-rise apartments. Proven track record delivering projects from start to finish. Relevant construction qualifications & experience. Developer/Builder experience desirable but not essential. Stable career history a must.
