Culture Days: Interstate travel, learn and grow The Role You will report into your leadership team and support them in the management of projects. Duties will include:
Lead and manage projects across planning, execution, and delivery phases, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Work closely with the client base to understand project requirements and maintain strong working relationships. Manage contracts, including negotiating terms, drafting, and reviewing contract documents. Coordinate with various teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and project alignment. Maintain and update project schedules, budgets, and resources in line with company and client expectations. The Criteria Tertiary engineering qualifications in construction management or project management. Previous experience of working on Defence projects valuable but not essential. Ability to obtain DCSI and Defence clearance (essential). Competency in Project Management software. Experience in leading, managing, and motivating teams.
