Contracts Administrator- Owner/Developer-Large Pipeline- Attractive Package

Owner/Developer based in Sydney looking for an experienced Contracts Administrator to join their team in the CBD.

This company has been established for over a decade and have a healthy pipeline of projects.

They have an experienced and close-knit team who have delivered a number of projects throughout Sydney over the years.

They purchase the land, and all development/ construction is done in house which means you don't have to tender against other companies for work.

Projects they work on include new build commercial projects, large residential projects, and luxury housing.

As CA your duties will include:

Working as part of the team to deliver projects to a high standard.Process variations & progress claimsCost management and sub-contractor payments


Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of post-graduate experience in a contract's administrator roleDegree qualification in construction management or a related disciplineExperience within construction, open to commercial or residential experienceExperience working in the Australian market.
