Work amongst a supportive team Be a part of a leading insurance company Great employee benefits About the Role: Beacon Building Services has an exciting opportunity for a Contract Administrator to join the team in NSW.
Reporting to Senior Management, you will provide assistance to the construction team on various commercial projects, including contract administration, project coordination, scheduling, stakeholder management and invoicing.
The successful candidate's tasks will include, however are not limited to: Work under the supervision and guidance of the Project Manager Preparation of subcontractor packages, scopes, lettings, and ordering of PC items Curating the sourcing, ordering, and delivery of project materials.
Assisting in Purchase Order processing as direct by Project Manager Administration of RFIs to clients, architects and consultants Management of project documentation, including drawings, quotes, mark-ups, claims etc Assisting Project manager in administration of projects from pre-construction through to handover and defect liability Site meetings with clients What is essential At least 2 years previous experience in a similar role.
Proficiency in project scheduling and tracking.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Competency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and basic Microsoft Project skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
A proactive attitude with eagerness to learn and grow within a dynamic company.
A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle for site visits.
