The role: Contracts Administrator

Our client has won major projects with 3 Mining clients in NSW (Hunter Valley region) and as such, is looking to bring on a Contracts Administrator to join and work on some exciting long-term projects.
 
Overview:

High Hourly Rate Salary
12-month Initial Contract (Work expected to be up until 2024 or longer)
Newcastle Offices + onsite work in the Hunter Valley Region.
Develop and maintain key working relationships with the Client's Site Teams and support functions, as well as thier Client Teams.Identification, implementation and maintenance of project control structures, contracting strategies, execution plans and procedures.Manage, co-ordinate and perform the contract administration responsibilities for the project(s).Support project procurement requirements.Manage and monitor contract securities and insurances, provide effective and timely change control / variation, delay, EOT and claim notifications to resolution under head contracts.Support delivery of financial and contractual information to internal and external stakeholders.Provide project health checks and advise the Commercial Manager of any potential risks and or opportunities to project targets, including associated mitigation measures.Support the development and updating of project forecasts, revenue and cost re-estimates in compliance with thier procedures.Ensure productivity measures (KPI's) are regularly reported, analyse variances and implement corrective actions.Initiate actions to prevent the occurrence of non-conformities in processes or systems.If you are interested to hear more, please click apply with your updated CV and reach out to Dom for a confidential conversation on this role and the Engineering market in general. ******
