About the Company:
One of NSW's leading construction companies working in the Education, Healthcare, Data Centre, Government, and Commercial sectors.
About the Role:
As a result of recently winning projects in excess of $200m and with more in the pipeline, we are looking for a Contracts Administrator to join this successful business.
Key Responsibilities:

Preparation and agreement of variations
Review on contractual obligations
Preparing and submitting interim progress claims
Managing submissions and agreement of variations
Processing contractual claims
Advising on contractual issues and initiating correspondence
Adhere to safety policies and procedures

Skills Required:

Experience in delivering building projects within the Commercial, Education, Government, or Data Centre sectors with top-tier constructors
Experience on projects over $70m
Minimum 3 years experience
Relevant degree
Relevant work experience, and a delivery focus
