Contracts Administrator - Leading Construction & Fit Out Head Contractor

We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for two accomplished Contract Administrators to join a well-established and leading player in the Construction & Fit Out/Refurbishment industry.

Key Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will work within a dedicated project team to ensure projects are delivered on time and to budget.

Responsibilities include: Preparation and issuance of subcontractor agreementsForecasting costs, monitoring financial status, and preparing cash flow statementsManaging relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliersContract letting and negotiationsRequirements: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or equivalent3+ years experience as a Contracts AdministratorProven experience in Construction and/or Fit Out/Refurbishment projectsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, autonomous environmentMust have Australian experience
