Contracts Administrator / Junior Pm

TEN Recruitment is currently taking applications for a Contracts Administrator / Junior Project Manager to work on commercial projects across Perth, WA.This is a fantastic opportunity for a Contract Administrator to move your career into Project Management & join a prominent local company on a full-time, permanent basis. The successful applicant will be mentored by a Senior Project Manager & Directors who are responsible for leading the project team to successfully deliver each project, within the given timeframe and budget.Essential criteria:3+ years' experience managing projects within the commercial construction industry in WA.Tertiary qualifications in Project Management, Construction Management or another relevant field.Experience using Microsoft Office Suite products and project management software.Proven ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships with clients and key stakeholders.Outstanding interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communications.Strong negotiation, dispute resolution, and problem-solving skills.High attention to detail.Demonstrated ability to work to strict deadlines in a high-pressure environment.Your responsibilities may include:Project planning from organisation to planning stages, leading the delivery and execution of the project.Ensure compliance with all HSEQ procedures.Build and maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders (including clients, architects, consultants, subcontractors, and more).Build effective working relationships with and lead project Site Manager and Contract Administrator.Review of subcontractor agreements and resolve claims / answer questions submitted by subcontractors.Maintain all up-to-date records relating to the project.Monitor and ensure compliance with the relevant legislation and contractual requirements ensuring project runs to schedule and meets milestones and targets.Feedback to key stakeholders regarding project progress.Accurately report project costs and revenue to the management team.Liaise with clients on a regular basis including final handover.This position offers a salary of $120k - $130k plus super.If you believe you have the relevant skills and experience for the position above, please apply today by submitting an updated copy of your resume to ****** or call Lee Plant on 0401 866 194 or (08) 6118 2278 for more information on the role.
