YOUR Role
As an experienced Contracts Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects through effective contract management and negotiation. Working closely with a tight-knit team, you will be responsible for various aspects of contract administration including Head Contract management, financial forecasting, procurement, scope of work development, cost reporting, progress claims, variations, EOT's, NOD's, and RFI's. This role offers an opportunity to showcase your skills and become an integral part of a respected team.
YOUR Experience
Previous Contracts Administration experience within the Building industry, preferably 3+ years
You will be passionate about the industry and enjoy working as part of a team
You will be a collaborative communicator and have the ability to negotiate and build rapport with stakeholders
Degree or Diploma qualified (or equivalent experience) within construction management
A thorough understanding of Contract Law principals & construction specific
Acts, codes and Regulations
Self-motivated with a can-do attitude
Strong IT knowledge and experience using Procore is a must for this role
