Some of your duties and responsibilities will include: Preparation of subcontractor packages, scopes, letting and procurement schedulesManaging progress claims and client variationsTracking project expenditure and reportingNegotiating with subcontractors and suppliersAssisting Project Manager and team with daily operationsTo be considered you must: Hold a tertiary qualification in Building, Construction, or EngineeringHave a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar rolePossess excellent communication skills, both written and verbalOur Company Values: Respect | Integrity | Accountability | Collaboration | Mentorship | Ingenuity
