Contracts Administration (Administration & Office Support) ADENCO is seeking a detail-oriented Contracts Administrator with 3 years of broad experience on commercial projects (quantity surveying, legal, procurement).

About Your New Dream Role
As a Contracts Administrator, you will have a strong focus on cost control and management of contractual matters, supporting effective relationship management with existing and future clients/suppliers of ADENCO through the successful and consistent delivery of projects. Namely, you will deliver timely, quality and cost-effective deliverables in line with client requirements.
Typical Duties and Responsibilities: Effectively carrying out full life cycle contract administration duties.Assisting with project administration duties, such as procurement, cost control and project reporting.Manage all cost and contractual matters, keeping clients informed through effective interfacing – demonstrating strong relationship management.Work with all parties to ensure the best possible commercial outcome.Ensure that delivered products comply with contract specifications and recording reporting on any non-conformances.Ensure the project complies with ADENCO systems, policies, standards, and procedures.At ADENCO, we believe that leadership development is crucial for building a strong and positive work culture. Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor's degree in business/law, Finance, Quantity Surveying, or related discipline/experience.3 years of broad experience with commercial projects (quantity surveying, legal, procurement).Proven ability in managing key accounts and contract deliverables.Commercial documentation preparation and execution.Experience in the Mining/Resources industry (desirable).Exceptional attention to detail and communication skills.A driven attitude with a focus on consistently delivering high quality work.If you meet the requirements for this role and are excited about the opportunity to work with a dynamic and growing company, please apply by submitting your resume and cover letter.
