We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Sales Contract Administrator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of sales contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.Key Responsibilities:Prepare, review, and manage sales contracts and related documentation.Ensure all contracts are accurate, complete, and comply with company policies and legal requirements.Coordinate with sales agents, clients, and legal teams to facilitate contract execution.Maintain accurate records of all contract-related activities and communications.Monitor contract deadlines and deliverables, ensuring timely completion.Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings and preparing reports.Assist in resolving any contract-related issues or discrepancies.Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices.Qualifications:Proven experience as a Sales Contract Administrator or in a similar role.Strong understanding of contract law and real estate transactions.Excellent organizational and time-management skills.Attention to detail and accuracy in handling contracts and documentation.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and contract management software.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Benefits:Competitive salary.Supportive and collaborative work environment.Work from home.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: $60,000.00 – $75,000.00 per yearSchedule: 8 hour shiftWork Authorisation: Australia (Preferred)Work Location: In person
