Key Duties and Responsibilities include (but not limited to): Knowledge and experience using major forms of contracts, trade sub-contracts and fundamental contract principles. Issue building contracts within specified timeframes. Liaison with pre-construction teams. Apply and obtain building permits. Provide updates and accurate forecasts for approvals to be received. Adhere to company procedures for the contracts and permits functions. Scope trade packages and work within the team during the procurement process. Provide support in the dispute resolution process. Ensure relationships with all internal and external customers are continuously maintained and improved. Maintain databases of client information. General administration tasks as required. The successful candidate should possess: Previous commercial building industry experience preferred. Previous experience in contracts administration. Ability to prioritise and multi-task. Self-motivated, resilient, and enjoy working in a close team environment. Exceptional organisational skills. Quick learner. High attention to detail, including ability to proofread and edit documents. Current Driver's license. Own reliable transport. Procore or MYOB experience would be an advantage but not essential.
