We're seeking a Contract Administrator to support a dynamic Commercial Manager in the smooth delivery of a short-term project! If you have experience in contract administration or project support, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is your chance to showcase your skills. You'll work alongside senior leaders, manage key contract milestones, and ensure seamless project operations.
We are seeking a skilled Contract Administrator for a 2-3 month contract (with the possibility to extend) to support the Commercial Manager on a short-term project. This role is perfect for candidates with 3-5 years of experience in administrative support, particularly in contract management or project administration. You will work closely with the Project Sponsor and Commercial Manager to ensure smooth execution of contract tasks and efficient project operations.
Key Responsibilities: Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Commercial Manager in contract-related activities.Assist with various smaller contract tasks or projects requiring additional support from the CM.Manage document control, maintain organised project files, and track key contract milestones and deadlines.Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of project-related information.Review and prepare basic contract documents, reports, and formal correspondence.Support the Project Sponsor and project team with overall project administration and other contract-related activities.Key Requirements: 3-5 years of experience in a similar support or administrative role, preferably within the construction or project management industries.Familiarity with contract administration processes and previous experience working alongside contract managers.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and "hit the ground running."Strong organisational skills with an excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.Mid-level contract administration experience, supporting senior managers and ensuring project success.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).This is a fantastic opportunity to gain exposure to contract management in a project setting, working alongside experienced professionals.
