Salary guide: $80,000 - $140,000 + Super.

Your normal day will involve: Managing contracts and administration for high-end, architecturally driven residential builds ranging from $5M to $50M.
Handling project budgets, timelines, and client communications, ensuring seamless execution and quality outcomes.
Actively engaging with site teams to understand delivery requirements and costs.
Preparing monthly financial reports related to project costs and budgets.
Collaborating with project managers and site teams to meet detailed project specifications.
Conducting occasional site visits to monitor progress and uphold project standards.
