Job Responsibilities Provide contracts administration support for the Director, General Manager and projects team. Contracts administration including but not limited to producing, preparing, reviewing and negotiating variations to subcontractor packages, scopes, lettings and procurement. Reconciliation for all purchase orders, invoices, progress payments, and variation orders both for clients and subcontractors in accordance with contractual requirements. Liaising with the project teams to track, manage and allocate relevant resources, assets, and overhead expenses to projects. Assisting General Manager with overall monthly claims vs expenses forecasting and issuing updated reports based on actual. Advising and instructing the project team members on compliance with commercial requirements set out in the head contract, subcontracts, consultant and supply agreements, quality management systems, policies, guidelines and project specific procedures.

Minimum Requirements

Tertiary qualification in contracts administration or equivalent. Two years relevant experience. Ability to build and maintain solid relationships with clients, sub-contractors, project managers, and all relevant stakeholders. Experience using Xero is highly desirable. Experience using Office 365 Suite. Experience in finance will be highly regarded. Experience in negotiating and managing contracts.

$75,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year Benefits:
