About the role We are currently seeking a Contract Administrator to support our operations. As a Contract Administrator your core purpose is to protect value and optimise upside for Zinfra at an operational level. You will work closely with operational teams and Commercial colleagues to provide expert analysis and support in relation to the management of Zinfra's commercial risks and objectives.
The role can be based from Sydney or Brisbane. Key responsibilities include Supporting the Senior Commercial Manager in risk & opportunity identification, assessment and its ongoing managementUndertaking procurement, including negotiating with key suppliers and subcontractorsWorking closely with the Project Manager and other project team members during delivery of a project or O&M program through the preparation of payment claims, contractual claims and resolving disputesCreating and maintaining EOT and Variation claims and registers to ensure timely resolutionEducating colleagues and stakeholders to improve commercial acumen and risk management across ZinfraAbout you We are seeking someone who has experience in the utility or civil infrastructure sectors with a tertiary education in law, engineering, commerce or finance. Additionally, you will ideally have:
Successful experience in a Commercial or Contract Administration role at a project or corporate levelThe ability to triage, prioritise and solve complex commercial problemsStrong interpersonal, written communication and negotiation skillsEvidence of developing and maintaining mutually beneficial internal & external relationshipsHistory of working autonomously, prioritise workload and meet deadlinesZinfra is a champion of equal opportunity employment and has committed to targets for gender equity and first nations representation in our workforce.
