Located in Regency Park in northern metropolitan Adelaide our client is a diverse mechanical engineering company with a proud history of designing, manufacturing, and installing a wide range of conveyors, material handling systems, chute work and associated structural elements. Our client is looking for a contracts administrator. to work closely with Project Managers, Designers, and Engineering Professionals.It will involve data analysis and project reporting, overseeing contractors and reporting on work order variations.Your duties would includeDeveloping, reviewing, evaluating project contracts and variationsResponding to inquiries and problem-solving regarding programs, projects, and servicesManaging paperwork associated with tenders, programs, projects and servicesAdvising senior management on matters requiring attention and implementing their decisionsPreparing and reviewing submissions and reports concerning the organisation's activitiesYou will need:A minimum of AQF diploma in a project or business-related qualification, with at least 2 years of "hands on" experience working in a similar positionAbility to work both independently and in a teamAbility to create reports on costing data Excellent analytical and math skills Very detail orientated Ability to understand technical drawings and requirements Proven commercial acumenExcellent time managementYou will be paid $72,000- $80,000 per annum + superannuation depending on your skills, experience and qualificationsOnly successful applicants will be contacted
