As a Contracts Administrator, you will provide support across the project lifecycle to ensure that all aspects relating to commercial, contractual, financial and compliance are managed effectively ensuring our teams can deliver projects safely, on time and on budget for the Framework.
Key responsibilities: Support the Project Delivery Team's in the identification and addressing of commercial risks in a timely manner.
Ensure that all subcontracts, supply and services contracts are procured, executed, delivered and closed out, in accordance with company commercial policies and guidelines.
Preparation of progress claims to the client for work completed each month in line with commercial and contractual arrangements.
Preparing and organising the approval of subcontractor progress claims each month in accordance with legislative requirements and company policies and procedures.
Support the project delivery team with the pricing of variations to the contract – both to the client and to suppliers and subcontractors.
Assist in preparation of monthly project financial reports.

We hope you'll bring: Relevant experience in a Contracts Administrator role in the civil construction sector, preferably within utilities and infrastructure.
Demonstrated ability to assess claims or variations by subcontractors against the quantity claimed, as well as against their contractual requirements.
Demonstrated ability to prepare and submit monthly progress claims to clients.
Demonstrated ability to analyse contractual issues and provide and/or recommend solutions through appropriate problem-solving techniques.
Highly developed communication skills to engage with key internal and external stakeholders.
Excellent Excel skills and experience using Workbench software an advantage.
