Contracts Administrator

Stockwell has a rich history of construction and development spanning over 72 years working in residential, commercial, retail and leisure projects throughout Queensland.
With an expanding pipeline of diverse projects across the state, Stockwell is looking for a Contracts Administrator to join our growing team.
Candidates with a Construction industry background are mandatory with appropriate qualifications in either Quantity Surveying or Construction Management.
You need to be driven, results oriented, team players, strategic thinkers, and passionate with a sound knowledge of current building and contracts practices.

The Role: The role of the Contracts Administrator requires: An in-depth knowledge of construction, methodology and procurement strategies.
Strong negotiating skills to drive the "best deal".
A passion for construction and ability to manage both head and subcontracts.
An interest in value management, and a steadfast approach for finding value for money.
Ability to work with development managers, builders, estimators, design managers and subcontractors.
Ability to hold people to account and drive an outcome.
A driven individual who is looking for a career and welcomes the opportunity to take responsibility and commit.
Site based role.
You will be required to have a minimum of 5 years' experience in the industry here in Queensland as a Contracts Administrator working for a Building Contractor.
