Job DescriptionThe Role As a Contracts Administrator, you will work autonomously and offer commercial support to the project team.
This role is responsible for providing contract management and administration in relation to the application of the contract for our projects.
Key Responsibilities: Creation, distribution and management of purchase orders for suppliers and subcontractors.Create project templates to manage the project deliverables on time and cost.Liaise with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure project deliverables are in line with agreed terms and conditions.Negotiate contract terms.Monitor all contract deadlines, conditions and deliverables to ensure compliance with timelines and payments.Facilitate the identification and management of variations.Mitigate potential risk involved with contract terms.Prepare a variety of reports including progress claims, variations, invoices and delivery reports.Maintain, audit and manage all project registers.Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, honesty and teamwork.About You: Proven experience as a Contracts Administrator, Contract Manager or similar.Substantial knowledge of legal requirements involved with contracts.Familiarity with accounting procedures.Excellent verbal and writing skills with a keen attention to detail.Strong organisation and planning skills with the ability to work autonomously.Ability to work with varying seniority levels, including staff, managers and external partners.Excellent interpersonal, communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.Excellent computer skills and proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and monitoring software.Understands priorities and ensures work is completed on time to a safe and satisfactory level.Desired Skills and ExperienceAdditional benefits include: Opportunity to apply for additional leave (Purchase Leave).Additional four days per annum of Personal Business Leave.Employee Retention Bonus Program.Salary continuance insurance.Rewards Gateway for our employees.Employee Referral Reward.We are an Equal Opportunity Employer
