MACA is seeking a Contracts Administrator to join our team working on this exciting new project on a 5:2 roster, working Monday to Friday at our Welshpool office.

Responsibilities: Review tender and contract conditions providing notes for tender review meetings.Prepare and coordinate commercial agreements in collaboration with the MACA Commercial Manager and Project Management Team.Maintain commercial Agreement Register.Assisting with compilation of monthly claims, requests for variations, sending out Notices of Delay, Variations and Site Instructions.Preparing Sub-Contractor AgreementsAssisting with Job Costing and ReportingDocument Control of all Project and Commercial files and documents.Actively participate and contribute to the continuous improvement and innovation of MACA work practices.Commitment, respect and compliance to safety, health, environment and cultural heritage policies, 'zero harm' objectives, health and safety initiatives, fitness for work policy and ECA vision and core values.To be successful in this role, you will possess: Previous project Commercial/Contract Administration experience in mining or civil construction.JDE experience is essential.Ability to read, understand and apply contractual terms, conditions and clauses.National Police Clearance.Excellent written and verbal communication skills including presentation skills.Good interpersonal skills with people at all levels.Effective organisation and planning skills.Advanced skills using the Microsoft Office suite.What we will offer you: Health insurance benefits; knock up to 10% of your premium with BUPA, HBF or HCFAccess to salary sacrificing benefits - airport parking and novated leasing with MaxxiaOngoing development opportunities and structured trainingAccess to over 350 retailer discounts - savings up to $4000 per family per yearThere are many long-term opportunities available across our business, and more on the horizon.
