Contracts Administrator

TEN Recruitment is looking for TWO experienced Contracts Administrator to join our client delivering a mixed use development in Perth.  These positions are working with an experienced Management & Commercial team.

You will have:
Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management and Economics or equivalent 3 years' experience as a contract administrator Exceptional time management and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks accordingly Highly committed to the Health and Safety of team members at all levels Ideally you'll have knowledge of Procore or Jobpac software A keen eye for detail Your responsibilities include:
Working closely with the site and project management team to ensure all the commercial aspects of the projects are running smoothly Manage all commercial and contractual matters in relation to the project Aid with project cost forecasting and reporting Liaise with stakeholders such as clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers Arrange and facilitate routine project meetings Provide support with procurement and purchasing matters Preparation of tender documentation required for the procurement of sub-contractors Provide appropriate input in the negotiation of contracts as required Review progress claims and prepare progress payment certificates Ensure compliance with budget and expenditure protocols
