We're gearing up with new projects and are on the lookout for experienced Contracts Administrators to be involved in an exciting Oil & Gas construction Projects.
This position is offered on a 2:1 roster for a 12 month + duration.
This role focuses on the hands-on, day-to-day management of contract processes.
The work is operational and will be dealing directly with administrative tasks involved in managing contracts.
Working with Monadelphous offers many benefits, some of which include: Project completion bonus and an attractive site uplift An opportunity to work with a tier 1 contractor in the resources industry Safety and wellbeing at the forefront of our culture Internal transfer and secondment opportunities within the business Key Responsibilities: Contract administration to support execution, including maintaining key registers developing correspondence and management of the Site Instruction process Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure contract deliverables are met on schedule Providing a level of guidance and advice, to relevant stakeholders internal and external Identification, Preparation and negotiation of contractual claims High level written skills with excellent attention to detail Management of all incoming and outgoing contract documentation What you'll bring: At least 3-5 years of relevant Contracts site experience A working knowledge of construction contract law, including relevant Acts, regulations and industry standards An ability to engage and develop relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, subcontractors and suppliers Excellent time management and prioritization skills for a diverse and challenging workload Experience in Electrical and Instrumentation (desirable) Proof of Rights to work in Australia Life at Monadelphous There's lots to get involved in, celebratory or cultural events and so much more.
