The CXS Contracts Administrator is responsible for the creation, management, and updating of all service proposals, service hardware maintenance, service variation agreements, and novation of any service agreements – end to end.
What You'll Do
Record, track, and document all system contract request forms into the appropriate areas (summary sheet, file explorer, salesforce).
Draft and prepare all gaming system agreements, system variation agreements, upgrade and novation agreements.
Complete form for review in CLM and upload all system gaming agreements, system variation/upgrade agreements and novation agreements and liaise with legal team.
Prepare the system gaming agreement for signature and send it to the customer for execution.
Send all fully executed system gaming agreements, system variation/upgrade agreements and novation agreements to appropriate managers/persons.
Draft and prepare all system proposals and send it to appropriate CXS BDE.
Liaise with business development executives/manager on service proposals and service hardware maintenance agreements that have a large volume of EGM or groups.
Ensure all agreements/documents have been approved by the Business Development Executives.
What We're Looking For
Minimum 3 years administration experience.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Excellent time management.
High level of accuracy and detail.
Strong ability in use of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Previous experience in Salesforce software application preferable but not essential.
