ABOUT THE ROLEAssist the Project Manager in the safe, coordinated and successful delivery of projects to achieve project financial targets, in accordance with The ADCO Way.
RESPONSIBILITIESContribute to production of the documents and plans that govern the project deliveryCompile accurate scopes of work for subcontractsReview and approve subcontractor plans for compliance with project plans and specificationsEnsure subcontract and supply agreements are in line with project and company contractual and legal requirementsAdminister the project management, change, and control processes in compliance with the project plans, contractual and legal conditions, time bars and administrative timeframesEnsure the proper and accurate use of Jobpac in administering the projectABOUT YOURelevant tertiary qualifications in Building, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or similarSolid experience working as a Contracts Administrator on large commercial/residential new buildsUnderstanding of commercial and legal issues pertaining to head contractsA working knowledge of major building tradesStrong negotiation and influencing skillsStrong experience in tender processes and trade procurementFinancial understanding and knowledge of construction costs
