Contracts Administrator

With continuous growth in the commercial construction industry in Perth, TEN Recruitment has teamed up with a local fit-out and construction company to source for a dedicated Contract Administrator.
Your Daily Responsibilities May Include: Provide support with procurement and purchasing matters.Arrange and facilitate routine project meetings.Aid with project cost forecasting and reporting.Review progress claims and prepare progress payment certificates.Liaise with stakeholders such as clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.Work closely with the site and project management team to ensure all the commercial aspects of the project are running smoothly.Ensure compliance with budget and expenditure protocols.Manage all commercial and contractual matters in relation to the project.Preparation of tender documentation required for the procurement of sub-contractors.Provide appropriate input in the negotiation of contracts as required.Essential Criteria: Extensive experience within the commercial construction industry.3+ years' experience in a Contract Administration position.Tertiary qualifications in Economics, Construction Management, or another relevant field.Able to work efficiently to strict deadlines in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.Outstanding time management and organisational skills.Ability to prioritize important and urgent tasks accordingly.Strong safety and environmental awareness.Professional presentation with exceptional communication skills.Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with key stakeholders.High attention to detail.If you believe you meet the essential criteria for the position above and would like to apply, please submit an updated copy of your CV to or call Lee Plant on or for additional information on the role.
