Job Title: Contracts AdministratorEmployer: DFP Recruitment ClientPosition Type: 2 year Casual Temporary ContractPay Rate: $102k per year (inclusive of super)Location: Bentley, WA 6102Role Overview: Assist the Pilbara Contracts Coordinator & Commercial Manager in contract admin, and provide backup for High Wide Loads BSO.Key Responsibilities:Provide contract support services to the regional teams in the development and administration of Operations contract management activities.Assist the Contracts Coordinator and Commercial Manager in the development of the Contracts Management Framework.Provide document management assistance to the Commercial Operations team in the contract management area.Prepare tender and other contract documentation using templates for minor works contracts, in line with authority levels.Collaborate with the operations and commercial operations teams to implement relevant contracts and ensure compliance with the clients Procurement Policy and contractual obligations for minor contracts.Assist in review of invoices to ensure contract/rates compliance and preparation of journals for relevant contracts.Provision of leave and general back-up to High Wide Loads function.Provision of leave back up and general contract admin support to Commercial Operations team.Essential to be successful in this role:Good financial acumen and understanding of contract governance principles.Sound analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills.Sound knowledge and understanding of WA's energy industry.Possession of or progress towards formal qualifications related to Business, contract administration or management.Demonstrated experience in contract and accounts administration role, with a proven ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.Take on new opportunities and tough challenges with a sense of high energy and enthusiasm.Developing and delivering multi-node communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of the different audiences.Building strong customer relationships and building customer centric solutions.Planning and prioritising work to meet commitments aligned with organisational goals.Qualification (Diploma or advanced diploma) in Business administration or related discipline.Build partnerships and working collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives.Experience in commercial contract management and/or familiarity with commercial contracts and power purchase agreements.Proficient in the use of MS Office Systems (Word, Excel etc).How to apply: If you are interested in this opportunity, please submit your resume.
