Join a leading Perth based Construction company. Our Client is a leading Construction company with their projects running throughout the whole WA. Due to continuous growth, they are looking for a Contracts Administrator who will have the main responsibility to manage head contracts and subcontracts, ensuring timely delivery of contract management on project works. This position is offered on a permanent basis and an immediate start is available.
Key duties and responsibilities: Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Managing head contracts and subcontracts, including contract execution and timely renewals. Monitoring project costs against budgets and preparing progress claims. Handling document control, ensuring all records and systems are updated and accurate. Preparing subcontractor packages, including scopes, lettings, and procurement schedules. Liaising with sub-contractors for quotes, safety documents, and contract variations. Assisting in contract management systems, administrative tasks, and ensuring compliance with policies. Providing support in auditing, WHSEQ training, and internal operations as required. Qualifications, Skills and Experience required: Previous experience working as a Contracts Administrator ideally within the construction/mining industry. Ideally have a qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or other relevant to the position. Previous experience in managing project bank accounts and training plans. Confidence in negotiation and cost management skills. Strong organisational and communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).
